Managing a stand alone event for Private Equity firm, Theramex, inviting over 150 international delegates (healthcare professionals) in the areas of fertility, osteoporosis and menopause. Organising and managing the faculty, the presentations, all content approval, agenda, dinners, logistics, accommodation (Netherlands).
Managing the osteoporosis portfolio, including producing global marketing templates and strategy for all country affiliates, working with the country organisations to undertake market insight exercises in country. Also managing external stakeholders, key opinion leaders and agencies, to execute advisory panels, 3rd party meetings and congresses (eg. Paris World Congress of Osteoporosis, April 2019).
Developed and managed the Theramex website.
Facilitated congress participation for Ferring at the British Fertility Association meeting (London Millennium Hotel, 2023), promotional materials for the fertility portfolio and developing the online Academy with all stakeholders and agencies. Initiated 'video clips' for online content of the website.
As a sales representative, sold to ObGyn clinics hormonal treatment for Pre-menstrual syndrome, fertility and Menopause, working with a key leader who was based in my territory (Hoechst, South Cheshire, 1991).
